Life As A Foster Child

It shouldn't hurt to be a child postcard

Having committed to lenses with great content, I'd like to catch up a bit. Lensmaster dc64 has been reviewed here twice (My Journey With Aspergers and Mysterious and Amazing History). The lens of hers that I first read wasn't promoted here as I didn't normally promote a lens that had over 30 ratings, and usually less than that.

Today is a shout-out for her Life As A Foster Child. It's illustrated well with family photos and various artworks. Her words mesmerize. She brings you the reality of her childhood through the eyes of the child that she was.

In an interview I did with her, dc64 told me that the lens that she most wants the world to know about is "Probably Life as a Foster Child, because it may help the adults understand what goes on in the mind of a child who is in that situation." Well, I sure would like to think so, yet I can't help wondering why they might not understand already.

Read it if you haven't yet. If you have read it already, give it a visit and and click on one of those social buttons at the top to share it with others.
