For instance:

• If your review was at (after March 31, no longer a site in operation):
  http://blog.growwear.com/sacajawea-native-woman-in-history/
• Your new link will be:
  http://lens-reviews.blogspot.com/2010/03/sacajawea-native-woman-in-history.html

The year and month in the URL will be the year and month your lens was reviewed. And in place of the ending slash, you'd end with ".html" instead.
