I don't know if it counts if a lens gets hardly any traffic, but has 6 5 star ratings, but this lens http://www.squidoo.com/going-red about Women and Heart Conditions is really a jewel I think.
Heart conditions are as prevalent in women as men, but our symptoms are different, and harder to recognize. This lens helps recognize them as well as give basic information about heart problems in general.

The lens I want to share was virtually ignored by "The World" but I happened to look at it this morning and thought: yes, the title is so appropriate-- Humility-- that it became lost in it's own humility.

This was one of my first lenses and it does get study traffic, but not very much. I am rather fond of it since I tried so hard to make it look nice and to add good content. It had a difficult start since I was brand new to squidoo when I first created it.
