A Quilt Story: Voices From The Great Depression

An Appliqued Cotton Quilted Coverlet, American, Mid 19th Century

We all run into way too many mediocre lenses during our daily Squidoo surfing. Once in a while, we will run into a lensmaster whose beautifully-crafted lens makes us think, or feel, or laugh, or cry -- or maybe even purchase a recommended product. Who comes to mind for you? For me, lately I'm inspired by Seedplanter. She's in the top five of those Squidooers who make me want to be a better lensmaster. Visit her A Quilt Story: Voices from the Great Depression.

  1. MiMi,

What a nice surprise on an icy morning in the Pacific Northwest. This warmed my heart. Thank you so much. (Made me tear up, too, because my dad and grandmother would have loved it.)
