With my husband being sick and having surgery it got me to thinking about all the germs that one could come into contact with in a hospital. One particularly nasty affliction I would like for us to steer clear of is MRSA. This superbug is showing up not only in hospitals, but in health clubs, and schools and colleges. According to How To Wash Your Hands, by Comfortdoc, hand washing is the single most important thing we can all do to help prevent the spread of infection. How To Wash Your Hands is interesting, very informative, and serves as an excellent instigator for us to re-commit or become committed to a hand-washing routine.
