Waltz Across Texas With Ernest Tubb

Tracks in Field of Coreopsis Wildflowers Near Brenham, Texas, USA

I remember how my dad enjoyed his country music and bluegrass. As a teenager in the 70s, all that banjo twanging, steel guitars, and high-and-lonesome stuff just wasn't for me. Ernest Tubb was heard just in passing and not appreciated at all! Well, times do change. Now, that music reminds me of my dad. I hear what he heard then. It's just beautiful. Jandeantx has created a nice lens at Waltz Across Texas With Ernest Tubb. It's a sweet treat for fans -- perhaps even for fans-to-be.
